从技术进步、结构调整、城镇化等角度出发,探讨我国石油需求的影响机制。研究表明,(1)技术进步对抑制石油增长的作用较小,其节油空间有待提升;(2)经济结构和城镇化是拉动石油需求的主因;(3)GDP、城镇化率与石油需求之间具有单向因果关系,以节油为目的的能源政策不会损害经济增长和城镇化推进。结合情景分析,评估2015—2025年节油减排潜力,提出未来节油减排的政策建议。  相似文献

碳资源是人类社会发展进入工业时代的基石。人类大量使用含碳资源产生的二氧化碳(CO_2)不应给人类社会带来威胁,更不应是碳资源利用的终结者,而是人类实现可持续发展必须善加利用的资源。文章在国内CO_2利用技术研发取得了可喜进展的基础上,提出了几种未来可能适合于中国的以CO_2规模化利用技术为核心的碳减排方案,包括化石能源耦合CO_2的转化利用技术、零碳能源耦合CO_2的转化利用技术以及温和条件下CO_2直接转化利用技术等。基于我国能源消费结构、短中期化石能源的主导地位以及可再生能源日新月异的发展,化石能源的易获取性和低成本使得其耦合CO_2的转化利用技术方案近年来飞速发展,并可能将在近期带来巨大碳减排潜力和经济效益;零碳能源发电技术的突飞猛进有利于核能/可再生能源发电耦合CO_2生产燃料化学品技术的发展,成为中期最具竞争力的CO_2大规模利用技术;远期来说太阳能驱动的CO_2温和转化可以实现真正意义上的生态碳循环,是远期最有前景的CO_2还原技术。  相似文献   

Epochē, Entertainment and Ethics: On the Hyperreality of Everyday Life

In this essay, I argue that popular entertainment can be understood in terms of Husserl’s concepts of epochē, reduction and constitution, and, conversely, that epochē, reduction and constitution can be explicated in terms of popular entertainment. To this end I use Husserl’s concepts to explicate and reflect upon the psychological and ethical effects of an exemplary instance of entertainment, the renowned Star Trek episode entitled “The Measure of a Man.” The importance of such an exercise is twofold: (1) to demonstrate, once again, the fecundity of the methodological procedures Husserl bequeathed to us; more than any other philosopher, he tapped into the fundamental manners in which we lose, make and remake the meanings of our lives; and (2) to demonstrate how popular entertainment, similarly, plays a central role in the making and remaking of the meanings of our lives. If my zig-zag procedure between Husserl’s philosophy and popular entertainment is productive and cogent, in addition to elucidating Husserl’s philosophy, it will demonstrate the reality-generating potency and the constitutive power of entertainment in the contemporary world. Entertainment, via ourselves, has become the primary producer of the meanings via which consciousness constitutes the world.  相似文献

The significance of materiality in shaping institutional habitus: exploring dynamics preceding school effects

This article examines the objective possibilities of Swedish schools to offer an equal and functional pedagogical practice for students’ acquisition of knowledge and skills. The data consist of policy documents, observations, and interviews with students, teachers, and head teachers in three educational settings distinguished by different social demographics. The focus allows for a comparative understanding of how tangible objects generate formations of schools as a relational phenomenon depending on geographic location and social background of students. The article indicates that the impact of materiality lies in its preceding power. It shapes the condition of institutions visualised in architecture, buildings, and the quality of and design of facilities and artefacts. From this material root emanates schools’ values, appeal, social status, and pedagogical organisations – school effects – that empower or weaken the school’s attraction and self-confidence. Different materialities influence each school’s institutional habitus, producing school effects with unequal educational outcomes.  相似文献

Expansion of spherical cavity of strain-softening materials with different elastic moduli of tension and compression

An expansion theory of spherical cavities in strain-softening materials with different moduli of tension and com-pression was presented. For geomaterials,two controlling parameters were introduced to take into account the different moduli and strain-softening properties. By means of elastic theory with different moduli and stress-softening models,general solutions cal-culating Tresca and Mohr-Coulomb materials' stress and displacement fields of expansion of spherical cavity were derived. The effects caused by different elastic moduli in tensile and compression and strain-softening rates on stress and displacement fields and development of plastic zone of expansion of cavity were analyzed. The results show that the ultimate expansion pressure,stress and displacement fields and development of plastic zone vary with the different elastic moduli and strain-softening prop-erties. If classical elastic theory is adopted and strain-softening properties are neglected,rather large errors may be the result.  相似文献
